As part of an effort to prevent AIDS, Urunana actors and actresses have presented plays while entertaining Masoro residents in Rulindo district.
On March 3rd 2012, the Urunana actors and actresses entertained Masoro residents whereby they presented plays and gave out prizes as a way of sensitising them on AIDS prevention and unwanted pregnancies.
About 6000 (six thousand) people turned up to watch the plays and see the actors and actresses face to face since they only heard them on various radio stations.
Different film actors and actresses like Bushombe, Kideyo, Agnes and others presented a play for Masoro residents on how a person conduct can lead him or her to get AIDS.
Emilienne Niwemwiza, Vice mayor in charge of social affairs in Rulindo district asked the residents to follow the advice by protecting themselves from catching HIV through unprotected sexual intercourses.
After the play, Urunana members asked questions to residents and residents who got them right were given T-shirts and photos of the Urunana actors and actresses.
