It has been days while talking about the delay in building the bridge on River Satinshyi as it floods when it rains and erodes the soil destroying property in Ngororero town where access to clean water is difficulty.
The district administration has put much effort in giving people clean water especially in Ngororero town but it does not last as when River Satinshyi over floods, water pumps are eroded.
Water stays at the bridge on this River but does not cross to be used by those who need it and this is due to the geographical set up of this area as road construction society in Kazabe –Rutsiro says.
The district administration said that they will do anything possible to solve this problem and give water to the people because it is needed and there is a budget meant to distribute clean water to people that is worth 231 million francs as Gedeon Ruboneza the district mayor said
