Some of the residents that do different types of work in Musanze town in Northern Province reveal that job creation requires great thinking rather than big money.
Ndayisenga, a welder asserts: “Creating a job does not require a lot of money but smart thinking. It’s all about thinking carefully and starts when you know exactly what you are doing.”
Anathalie Biruhirijiki narrates how she started a timber selling project and he now sells them to carpenters in “Duhaguruke kora” school in Musanze town.
Anathalie Biruhirijiki who started this project says that it took her courage to start but now she has trained her project to 18 people working in this school.
Do not fear to invest in all the money you have because you benefit in the process. If you are not able to start on your own, seek advice from experienced people or join cooperatives,” advises Biruhirijiki
While Rwanda joined the rest of the world to celebrate Labour Day on May 1st 2012, this year’s theme says “Promote work and encourage people with job creation ideas”.
