Aurore does it again at Miss FESPAM

Joy, ululation and joviality felt the air at this year’s Miss FESPAM when the reigning Miss Rwanda Mutesi Aurore once again brushed off the challenge of about sixty contestants to be crowned Miss FESPAM 2013. Aurore, twenty, now has two crowns to her name, namely Miss Rwanda and Miss FESPAM.

The beauty was full of smiles after she was declared the winner, but that didn’t come easily. FESPAM is an annual festival that brings together different African countries. This year, it was held in Congo Brazaville, and Rwanda was one of the participating countries.

Among her responsibilities, will be to represent Africa for two years while she still carries the crown of Miss FESPAM; she will also act as the African ambassador as well as FESPAM ambassador during that whole period.
