Today on RSE, the market recorded five deals of 2,800 Bralirwa shares worth Rwf 2, 406,000; up marginally from Rwf 602,000 on a volume of 700 Bralirwa shares traded in two deals yesterday. The RSE share index (RSI) went down 0.20 points to close at 221.77 and mainly caused by the falling Bralirwa share price which closed at Rwf 859.
The Bralirwa counter traded at a high of Rwf 860 and low of Rwf 859 before closing at RwF 859, translating into a decline of Rwf 1 from yesterday’s closing price whereas BoK counter was quiet with no shares recorded. KCB shares last transacted at Rwf 175 while NMG shares last transacted at Rwf 1,200.
At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 850,000 BoK shares between Rwf 184-200 and no outstanding bids. On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding offers of 61,600 shares between Rwf 860 – 900 and no outstanding bids.
