Rwanda is hosting the four-day Transform Africa Summit 2013 which has been attended by seven African leaders and over 1,500 delegates from around the world. Executives from Microsoft, Samsung, Facebook and IBM were also in attendance to devise ways on how Africa can leverage broadband to transform communities, governments and the private sector.
