Felicien Sibobugingo, a resident of Gasharu village, Ngange cell, Muko sector- Gicumbi district has paid Rwf3000 due to his family conflicts that cause chaos to his neighbors.
Augustin Cyiza, Gasharu village chairperson says that Sibobugingo has been fighting with his wife Bertirde Ingabire to an extent that neighbours have been complaining to the authorities.
“We called him to answer the authorities and fined him Rwf3000. He apologized never to do it again and admitted that the cause has been alcohol,” Cyiza explains.
Sibobugingo promised never to quarrel with his wife again because he decided to quit drinking alcohol for good.
