This training is meant to teach these ex soldiers of culture and prohibitions of Rwandan society for them to live well in the community with other Rwandans said Protais Rumanzi who trained them on Thursday the 6th.Sept.2012.
This training gives an insight in understanding, hard work and behavior for developmental ideas for the betterment of Rwanda through their projects and all Rwandans. Ex soldiers say that this training made them understand that the present Rwanda is far different from Rwanda in the past of which they were familiar with.
This training helped them to make new resolutions towards development of the country and self promotion and to put down all ideas of being guerrillas and of fighting as the freedom they thought they were fighting for is attained by all Rwandans.
