Rubavu: DOT Rwanda awards certificates to skills trainees

Rubavu: DOT Rwanda awards certificates to skills traineesAfter one month training on computer literacy and job creation, Dot Rwanda has awarded certificates to 50 youth it trained in Rubavu district.
Since 2010, Dot Rwanda has trained and helped up to 30000 youth to create jobs using modern technology such as setting up small income generating projects.
Youth trained by Dot Rwanda in Rubavu district say that training has been of much importance now that they know how to start projects, follow them up and make profits.
Though Dot Rwanda trains Rwandan youth to start small projects and use modern technology, the beneficiaries reveal they are followed up to ensure the implementation of what DOT Rwanda taught them.
This is because youth could fail to implement what they have been trained in a month. However, trainers say that for their efforts to yield, trainees should immediately start projects after training with the help of bank loans.
Present on the event were banks to explain to the youth on saving and acquiring loans for development.
