The Mobile Telephone Networks (MTN) Rwanda launched a 24 service delivery programme aimed at ensuring customer access services at their Union Trade center service point in Kigali on Monday 11th November 2013
The launch makes MTN Rwanda the second multinational Company to operate around the clock in Kigali, second to Nakumatt Supermarket. MTN Rwanda is the first MTN service Center offering such services in most parts of Africa.
“This is an initiative aimed at ensuring proper customer service”, said the telecom General Manager –Customer Operations Norman Munyampundu during the launching, adding that they wanted a transition from customer service to customer experience so that in few years; customer experience at all the MTN access points will be excellent.
Munyampundu said they wanted MTN to become the global example with outstanding customer experience.
The Company’s Chief Executive Officer Ebenezer Twum Asante said the company improved the time of the service delivery to suit the fluctuating nature of its business and the digital world their customers live in.
By opening 24 hours, MTN is enabling the growth of different businesses and makes easy for every client who would chose what time suitable to seek the service.
