The two presidents are scheduled to meet Uganda’s Museveni for a trilateral
Meeting in Uganda
President Paul Kagame is expected to join his counter parts, Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya and Yoweri Museveni for trilateral talks in Entebbe tomorrow.
President Uhuru will fly in to Uganda for a three-day state visit and is scheduled to have private talks with his host (Museveni) and later attend an Infrastructure Investment Summit in Kampala, according to Nairobi Sate House news alert.
President Uhuru is also scheduled to hold bilateral talks with the host President Yoweri Museveni and together have trilateral talks with President Paul Kagame.
These talks will be held amid a sharp rise in infrastructure spending as the East African Community governments seek to tame spiraling business costs and concerns over huge projects that have lagged behind schedule.
