Alex Muyoboke has finally broken the long silence that has hovered over his controversial fallout with pop group Urban Boyz. The veteran manager has indicated that following a series of false promises and dishonesty, the two parties parted ways but amid acrimony. Speaking to a show dubbed Ten Super Star on a local FM station, Muyoboke said that the trio had been acting in an unprofessional way, following their nomination in Primus Guma Guma Super Star.
He said, “After one year working with them, we had agreed to extend the contract but I told them we should concentrate on activities that would enable us to be in Primus Guma Guma Super Star. We worked hard and we made it, and that is where trouble started. At the time I was getting thirty percent. I called Humble Gizzo several times after their nomination but he refused to take my calls on numerous occasions.”

Muyoboke’s revelations will likely cause a swirl given the fact that he has been tight-lipped for such a long time. But Muyoboke tried to calm down those fears saying that he avoided an outburst with the crew to avoid diverting their fans’ attention given that they had to concentrate on PGGSS. He said, “It would have been unfair to them if I had revealed these details then. I wished them good luck in their future activities.”
Muyoboke also went on to allege that if he had stuck with Urban Boyz, the crew would have won Primus Guma Guma Star with enormous ease.
